So many friends are getting wrapped up and fall head over heels in love after two weeks of dating. It took me two months to fall in love with leopard and the trend is half way out the door. It seems that more and more young men and women can not embrace being single. Being able to go party, take a trip to NYC and leave your cellphone on silent are the little pleasures that being single have to offer. If you can't love yourself solo then who the hell is gonna love you?! Learn to be enough all by yourself. We all want our Mr. and Mrs. Right but why rush and latch on to that person who definitely isn't the ONE!!! After all Mr. Big got it together and Carrie became the marrying kind :) We're young lets have fun while we can!

Valentines day is fast approaching and although I'm a single gal, I know a good gift when I see one. Flowers, diamonds and candy you can't go wrong but lets do a little upgrade on these gifts. Today online I saw something that'll have a girls heart to a double take! Rainbow Roses! these beautiful multicolored flowers are infused with an array of colors.A change from the red roses of our mom's day. They cost a little more but it's V-day!! Next my personal favorites pieces from the Cartier Love Collection a little pricey but these pieces are timeless!! Now what's V-day without a little champagne Rose Imperial of course it's pink why not and probably the best champagne I've ever tasted! These are my top high-end picks for love day! I've had every color and every style hair. Long, short, straight to my natural tight curls. Trends come and go but Springs style essentials are here to stay at least in my opinion. One of the loves of my life is Cher! That maybe a little weird seeing that I was born about 29 years after she hit it big, but she is an Icon to say the least!! I saw my first episode of Sonny and Cher when I was 8 watching TV Land with my grandma form that point I was hooked! From her Bob Mackie  gowns flawless skin and her never ending train of black hair. She's inspired me in more ways than one! Just heard she has a new album in the works and hopefully that means a tour too!! Color or the lack thereof..

I'm a big fan of black, grays and neutral tones. Neutrals are back in a big way on the catwalk and at the make-up counter. They are classy elegant and refined and can take you from day to night. Runways have jumped on this trend and I am loving what I see!!! Now when my best friend ask am I in mourning I can simply throw a copy of ELLE magazine and shut her right up!! lol

Thank Sweet Baby Jesus the 70's are back!!

I love the 70's!! The starlets, the movies, the glam, the big hair! I am a fan of all things 70's! My style idols range from Cher to David Bowie. I'm so glad designers are bringing back the trends from my favorite decade. From the blouses, wide legged pants to Bohemian inspired tops. I AM HEAD OVER HEELS IN LOVE!!!
